Cycles of Becoming is a four-part creative journey for women guided by Marina — artist, performer, and founder of Kitchen28. Inspired by the natural 28-day rhythm of renewal and transformation, each cycle invites participants to slow down, reconnect with the body, and explore creativity through simple, meaningful rituals.
These gatherings are not traditional art classes. They are gently curated evenings where movement, breath, materials, food, and shared presence come together in a warm and welcoming space.

Hands, clay, tea, and quiet connection. This opening phase helps you return to your center and feel supported by the body and the earth.
